In case of change of the purchased product within Greece, Cyprus and EU countries, the customer is charged with the shipping costs of the courier company cooperating with us / the courier companies cooperating with us.

If the new item is of a higher value than your return, the difference is paid by cash on delivery (3€ charge) OR by bank deposit. If the new item is of lesser value, the difference can be left in your tab and used in your future purchase.

In case of return of the purchased product the customer is charged with the shipping and return costs. The return must be made within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery by the courier company to the customer, otherwise it will not be accepted. The return of the product from the customer to our company should be done using a courier company cooperating with us.
The money (minus shipping and return costs) will be credited to the customer’s bank account of his choice, within five working days, after our company has received the product in its original condition, in its original packaging and unused accompanied by the original proof of purchase or invoice. In case the account does not belong to one of our cooperating banks (national bank and Alphabank) the customer is charged with the costs of the transfer.
